These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk65 platform, including all gaming, betting, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing. By creating a pk65 account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a pk65 account. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and to close any account found to belong to a minor.
Each individual may hold only one pk65 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation. Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
All transactions are conducted in PKR. Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are subject to the payment provider's own terms. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
All bonuses offered by pk65 are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the relevant promotion terms. General bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the pk65 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the pk65 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk65 Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk65 with respect to the Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use pk65. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. pk65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
3.2 Legal Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming Services through pk65 is lawful in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. pk65 makes no representation as to the legal status of online gaming under any particular local ordinance, provincial regulation, or federal legislation. You agree to use the pk65 Platform only in compliance with all applicable laws.
3.3 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use pk65: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) persons excluded from gaming by self-exclusion or court order; (c) employees and immediate family members of pk65 and its affiliated service providers.
3.4 One Account Only. Each eligible person may hold only one pk65 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts pending investigation.
4.1 To use the Services, you must complete the pk65 registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pk65 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify pk65 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
4.3 Prior to processing any withdrawal, pk65 requires completion of the KYC process. KYC documents typically include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested at pk65's reasonable discretion.
4.4 All personal data submitted during registration and KYC is handled in accordance with the pk65 Privacy Policy.
5.1 All deposits to pk65 Accounts are made in PKR. pk65 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to availability and minimum deposit thresholds as displayed on the Platform.
5.2 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider. pk65 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.3 You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk65 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. pk65 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
5.4 pk65 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.5 Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your pk65 Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
6.1 Withdrawals of real-money funds from your pk65 Account are subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) no outstanding withdrawal holds applied by pk65's fraud or compliance teams; and (c) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds in your Balance.
6.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. Where this is not possible, pk65 will process the withdrawal to a verified payment method registered to the Account holder's name.
6.3 Target processing times are: JazzCash and Easypaisa — 15 to 45 minutes; bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) — one to three business days; cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) — up to 24 hours. These are target times, not guaranteed service levels, and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume.
6.4 pk65 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000 in a 24-hour period. During such checks, the relevant funds will be temporarily held and the Account holder notified via their registered email or mobile number.
6.5 Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than that of the registered pk65 Account holder, or anonymous payment instruments.
7.1 pk65 offers promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
7.3 Bonus abuse — defined as any pattern of behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational intent, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, collusion, or the use of betting software — is prohibited. pk65 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.
7.4 pk65 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time and to remove any player from a promotion at its reasonable discretion.
8.1 All bets and wagers placed on pk65 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game type, or market. Sport-specific rules are published in the Help section of the Platform.
8.2 Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. pk65 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed error, or human error. Void bets will be returned to your Account Balance at stake value.
8.3 For live cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — odds are updated in real time. Bets are accepted only when the Platform confirms receipt; any bet submitted during a period when the market is suspended will not be accepted.
8.4 pk65 slot titles operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run averages — individual session outcomes will vary. Displayed RTPs are available in each game's information panel.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk65 Platform:

10.1 All content on the pk65 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text — is the proprietary intellectual property of pk65 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk65 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pk65 content without express written authorisation.
11.1 The pk65 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk65 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk65 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; or (c) any losses arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk65's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11.4 Your use of pk65 is at your own financial risk. Gambling involves the real possibility of financial loss. pk65 does not guarantee that you will win any particular bet, wager, or game session.
12.1 pk65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) pk65 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (d) a regulatory requirement mandates such action.
12.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification checks.
12.3 You may close your pk65 Account at any time by contacting support via the live chat portal. Voluntary account closures are processed within three business days. Balances will be returned following standard withdrawal processing procedures.

Personal data is shared with third parties only where necessary to provide the Services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers, live gaming studio providers) or where required by law.
15.1 pk65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, where operationally practicable.
15.2 Your continued use of the pk65 Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
15.3 The current version of these Terms, bearing the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, is always the governing version.
16.1 These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws applicable to the operational jurisdiction under which pk65 holds its gaming authorisation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your region.
